Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, used to produce cosmetics, we have a no return policy. This is the only way to ensure the products that we ship to customers is untainted.

Shipping and Refund Policy

Our goal is to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are prepared in the order we receive them. If you would like to line jump please select the RUSH option at check out. Orders are shipped out 5 days a week Monday through Friday. UPS 2-Day Air orders placed before noon (EST) always ship same day and take two business days to get anywhere in the US. Ground Shipping to the furthest place from us (the East Coast) takes about 5 business days transit time, so if your order ships on Tuesday then it will deliver the following Tuesday. Please remember, ground shipping is not a guaranteed service. If you need something by a specific time, please choose 2nd Day Air.

normally takes 2 to 3 transit days but may take up to 10 days to reach you.

UPS 2-Day Air orders placed before noon (EST) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the following business day. UPS 2 Day Air and regular ground does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Any major holidays will not be included in transit times. These include New Year’s Day, MLK Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

Damaged or Missing Orders: We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of items, box and the labels. Please have this information ready for our Customer Service Team when calling or emailing us. Please call us immediately at 1-502-565-5721. If you choose to have a replacement sent to you, we will ship it to the original shipping address.
If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs. UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO P. O. BOXES.

Please check your order after receiving it and if there is anything missing call or email us right away. Have ready your order number, the items missing.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Because of our dedication to fast turnaround times, cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders can only be accepted within two hours of order placement. However, if you are using expedited shipping (like 2-day Air) or shipping internationally, we cannot accept any changes. This is to ensure that your order is shipped out on time. If your order has already been sent to the warehouse for pulling and packing or is packed for shipment we will gladly assist you in placing a new separate order for the additional items. Orders that are cancelled after packing for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Hazardous shipping information for oils: Shipments of essential oils and fragrances that have a flash point of 60.5 degrees Celsius (°C) or less are considered hazardous materials (Class 3 Flammable Liquids).

Flammable Liquids with a flashpoint at or above 38 degrees Celsius (°C) can be exempted from the hazmat regulations when shipped by ground, but are fully regulated by air transport.
